When a new Young Living customer has been added to your team it's important to reach out and connect with them. Sending a welcome is as easy as a few mouse clicks!
Schedule for Early in April (as soon as possible) for new people.
Recipients: Send to master subscription list (e.g. Erin's Young Living News). Filter for new team members in your contacts. Filter by "Contact Added". Use the "In the last" "30 days" so you can gather all new activations since you last synced to your VO.

Reaching out via email once a month to your contacts doesn't always sound like a hard thing to do. However, actually doing it each month can eventually get burdensome. This monthly newsletter was created specifically for April 2022 just for you! Make any changes you want. Send the 1st week of the month.
Schedule for Early in April (first or second week, if possible).
Recipients: Send to master subscription list. If you want, you can filter by "Contact Type" (e.g. Customer, Brand Partner, Professional, Retail) & "Account Status" (e.g. Active & On Hold).
Content of the Email:
The newsletter is different and full of relevant things every month, yet not overwhelmingly too full. Rest assured it will always have a link to the monthly Gift with Purchase program.

Newsletter & Monthly Gift Reminder - Broadcast Text
Sending a text to alert your recipients that your newsletter has been emailed will bring you 30% more readers and more interaction. Doing that as well as reminding others about the free monthly gifts can take a lot of time, but it's important. Now with just a few clicks of your mouse, you can send this text out to your customers. It also serves to remind them to look for the newsletter in their email. Change it up a tad each month to keep it personal and not the same each month.
Schedule for Early in March (the first week - right after your newsletter emails, if possible)
