ABSOLUTELY, AND IT'S EASY


If you'd like to change subscription plans, or frequency of billing please follow these directions:

  1. 1. Log into your Essenty back office.
  2. 2. Click on SETTINGS from the left side menu.
  3. 3. You'll notice toward the top left of your screen you have settings tabs - select "Billing and Plans"
  4. 4. You'll see a blue-lettered "Change Plan", click on that. 
  5. 5. Follow the directions found there and we will ensure your plan gets upgraded or downgraded for you.



If you currently have a MONTHLY billing and would like to change to an ANNUAL billing - this is also where you change this.
